Turkish coffee, has an important place in Turkish culture. It is usually served after breakfast or in the evenings.

How to make Turkish coffee?
Turkish coffee making is a bit more difficult than other kahves. It is served with small cups.
Two teaspoons of coffee are used for one person`s coffee.
One or two teaspoons of sugar is enough as a standard. However, if you like very sweet coffee you can use more. Or you can not throw any sugar, it depends on your wish. Turks use “cezve” to cook this coffee. But if you do not have it, you can cook it with anything.
